קיבלתי צו מילואים.. עכשיו, אני מג"בניק לשעבר שעושה מילואים (פעם ראשונה) בפיקוד העורף
אין לי מדים של צה"ל בכלל, עקב העובדה שלא שירתתי בצה"ל..

איך אני אמור להגיע למילואים?

בכל מקרה, מדים יהיו לך, ולנעליים אמורים לדאוג לך, אבל תביא אתך בכל מקרה זוג נעליים נוחות (נעלי הליכה או משהו כזה) ליתר בטחון.

ככה - הצו אינו חוקי מכיוון שלא נשלח בהתראה של 60 יום (לפחות). שירות מילואים באורך 4 ימים ומעלה דורש התראה כזו. (אלא אם כן שלחו לך צו שלא הגיע..... תסתכל על הצו ותבדוק האם דרושה התנדבותך)

מבחינת מרווח משחרור - אין בעיה. מותר לאחר 180 יום לזמן לאימונים בלבד.
ההחלטה אם לבוא היא שלך בלבד, ובכל מקרה, כדאי שתדבר עם מפקדיך, במידה ואתה מחליט לא לבוא.

המילואים הם מה13-2 עד ה16-2 בחישוב מהיר זה יוצא בדיוק 4 ימים (וכתוב, זה במידה ונעמוד בלו"ז)
מה שמשתמע ממה שאתה אומר זה שאני בכלל לא חייב להגיע?

זה לא חודשיים אלא 60 יום. במידה והצו יצא בתאריך של המכתב - הוא חוקי. במידה ומאוחר יותר - הוא לא. בכל מקרה, אל תעלם סתם כך, אלא דבר איתם.

הם כנראה חישבו את זה
גם בדצמבר וגם בינואר יש 31 ימים ככה שזה בדיוק 60 יום
טוב נו כנראה שאני אגיע בכל זאת...

אני יודע שזה אולי ניג'וס, ובכוונה לא נכנס לבעיית החוקיות (אם יש) - אבל נחמד לפגוש את החבר'ה שאיתם תשרת לכמה ימים ולהתחיל להכיר אותם, ובעדיף בהרבה מליפול ישר לתעסוקה בלי להכיר אף אחד. לי קרה דבר דומה, ויצא לי להכיר הרבה חבר'ה בפלוגה שהאימון ההוא היה המילואים האחרונים שלהם - חצי פלוגה עברה לבית אבות ישר מהאימון... בכל מקרה, אימון קצר לא מזיק (נפשית) יותר מדי.

גם כשלא היה הרבה, היה לנו הכל
