the thing is, well he is in steep mud if he doesnt have an amirican citinziship i know for a fact that if he is amirican so then he goes and tells them i was living here before 16 therefor i am not abligated to go to the army i wasnt drafted yet and then get a letter for that at the isreali counsole so he is free to go to isreal
for three months or for one year so more then that he has to go draft to the army so
