בדקתי עם YUM לראות איזה חבילות שמתאימות לשם מותקנות אצלי
והחבילה מותקנת אצלי, רק חבילת הפיתוח (DEVEL) לא מותקנת
אני אתקין אותה על מנת לצאת ידי חובה לראות אם זה הבעיה

אבל אני רוצה להבין את ההודעה בעניין PKG_CONFIG_PATH
מה זה אומר, איך אני עושה מה שההודעה מציעה לעשות

אין אני מיישם אותו ?

כיוון שאתה לא התקנת את החבילה ובגלל זה היא לא נמצאת (ולא כי היא מותקנת במקום אחר) - כל שעלייך לעשות הוא להתקין את חבילת ה DEVEL של התוכנה המתאימה....
