help, hebrew problems
as you can see, i can't write in Hebrew, and i have tried every possible way that was in the forum and out side.
it started when i installed a program (BursaGraph) and all of it's manus ware gibrish like,
and then i was explained to do the following procedure:
Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Regional Options / Advanced
and to change to "Hebrew" in both of them, i did that and the program was OK,
but after some time all of the Hebrew writing ability was gone.
i have traied to change back and nothing happens...
btw, i can read hebrew
