אהלן ,לאחרונה שמעתי על כל מיני מקרים בהם חבר'ה שובצו בחטיבות שהם ממש לא רצו בהם,דהיינו שריון ,תותחנים , הנדסה וכדומה. אני אף פעם לא מצליח להבין אם הם סימנו בשאלון העדפות את היחידות האלה בעדיפות נמוכה (אבל עדיין בעדיפות) או שהם פשוט שובצו משום מקום לחטיבה. השאלה היא האם אני יכל להיות משובץ לאחת החטיבות בלי שסימנתי אותה בכלל בעדיפות?

כן. אם הצבא צריך חיילים ביחידות מסויימות - הוא ישים אותם. עם או בלי רצון.

ואגב - השיבוץ לא שגוי. הוא אולי לא מתאים לחייל, אבל הוא מתאים לצבא...

מקרים כאלה אמורים להיות חריגים מאוד לא? הרי במצב כזה קודם ישבצו את אלה שסימנו בעדיפות נמוכה (עדיפות שלישית) ורק בסוף אם יהיה מחסור ישבצו כאלה שלא סימנו בכלל. ונגיד והגיעו באמת למצב כזה ,הבחירה היא אקראית או לפי נתונים אישיים?

לא - הם לא נדירים. יש הרבה מקומות לאייש ומעט כאלה שירצו.

הבחירה היא תלויית נתונים אישיים (בשביל לאזן את פוטנציאלי הפיקוד והקצונה), אבל אני משער שהיא רנדומלית.

ז"א שבעלי נתונים גבוהים בעלי סיכויים גבוהים יותר ליפול בחטיבה אותה בכלל לא סימנו במנילה?

*במידה וסימנתי במנילה אך ורק חטיבות חי"ר , ונפלתי בכל זאת בשיבוץ , מה הסיכויים לשנות את השיבוץ לחטיבת חי"ר בלי להשתמש בקשרים? האם זה מצריך את כל תהליך "אי ההתפנות" הידוע לשמצה? סתם מתוך התעניינות

לא, זה אומר שאת מה שחסר ימלאו בכל דרך שהיא, תוך הקפדה על יחסי נתונים נכונים - אם חסרים בעלי נתונים גבוהים, ישלחו כאלה. ואם חסר בעלי נתונים נמוכים - ישלחו כאלה.

איך משנים שיבוץ? לא הייתי ממליץ על אי התפנות וכו'. ממה שהבנתי בזמן האחרון מחמירים יותר בטיפול. זה כבר לא החיים הטובים שלפני מספר שנים.

לאו דווקא.
בכל מקום צריכים בעלי נתונים גבוהים בדיוק כמו בעלי נתונים ממוצעים, בינוניים, ונמוכים.
השאיפה היא לשבץ בכל מקום מתגייסים מכל טווחי הקב"א והנתונים, ולמנוע מצב של יחידה אחת שבה כולם איכותיים (על הנייר כמובן), לעומת יחידה מקבילה שבה זה בדיוק ההיפך.

בסופו של דבר עליך לזכור ולהפנים כי דעתך חשובה, אך אינה קובעת.
מילאת שאלון העדפות, אך צרכי הצבא הם אלה שיקבעו בסופו של דבר את יעד הגיוס שלך. ברוב המקרים הצבא ינסה להתחשב בבקשת המלש"ב, אך אין הוא מחוייב בכך.
