אתה מתכוון - לא התייצבת לגיוס? אתה כרגע נחשב כעריק לכל דבר. אם תלכד (או תסגיר את עצמך - מה שעדיף) תשפט על עבירת אי התייצבות לגיוס (שהיא פלילית, אגב) ולאחר שתרצה את העונש, תוצב היכנשהו. השיבוץ המקורי שלך, סביר להניח, כבר לא תקף.
מה שאני ממליץ לך לעשות - במידה ואתה אכן לא התייצבת לגיוס, זה להתייעץ עם עו"ד, ולאחר מכן להסגיר את עצמך.
