אני משתמש ב radio button לפתיחת Hidden div בצורה כזאת :

כמו שזה מובן מהתוכן אני פותח popup בשם Playon
אני מחפש דרך שאותו Popup של ה-yes יפתח אוטומטית כאשר עושים refresh , ולא דרך שימוש body onload

כדי לעשות זאת, אתה צריך להריץ פונקציה שתופעל בזמן טעינת העמוד (ולא במהלך אירוע), לדוגמא:
