יש סתירות (כמו ליחס לחייל עומד ירי מדוייק לראש בטווח של 230 מטר... או פגיעות לא ממיתות ובחלק גוף אחורי, כאשר טווח הירי הוא כ-10 מטר ממאג - ופגיעה של כדור מאג בטווח הזה מורידה חתיכות בשר) שלא כ"כ מתיישבות עם יכולות צבאיות, וזה בהנחה שהעדויות הן עדויות אמת.
מה שאין בדוח הזה זה שום נתונים פורנזיים - רק עדויות ראיה שכבר מזמן לא נחשבות בסיס לניהול משפט בחוק המערבי עקב אי אמינותם.
