אולי יש לך אפשרות בלוח בקרה "בהוספה/הסרה" ?
ציטוט:
I found this works for my Nokia 6101b with generic DKU-5 cable to avoid "Data Enhancement not Supported" errors. Basically, it works around problems withthe Nokia software and PnP. Assume PC Suite 6.81.13.0 is installed on WinXP:
1) from windows, stop the ServiceLayer service (start->run->"services.msc", rightclick and Stop the servicelayer service)
2) delete the dku-5 from Device manager (rightlick my start->settings->control panels->system->hardware->device manager, expand the "Ports" container, right click and uninstall the DKU-5 thingy and it should disappear from the screen)
3) redetect the dku-5 (at the top of Device Manager, rightclick the computername-icon and select scan-for-hardware-changes. when the DKU-5 is detected, do automatic install. if the installer prompts for location of the usb2vcom file, browse to the c:\windows\system32\drivers\ folder)
4) connect phone to dku-5 cable. winxp should notify you it installed the new hardware
5) start the ServiceLayer service again, the same way you stopped it before
6) open Nokia PC Suite and it should show "Nokia 6101 connected via serial cable"
Nokia's developers seem to have done a really sloppy job on their Nokia PC Suite software. Not only is the whole package bloatware, but the ServiceLayer service is a real problem. It also runs everytime windows boots, even though it's an application you'll use infrequently, and it often interferes with windows PnP. It would be much better to have it operate as a windows Manual service, and let the PC Suite start and stop it sparingly only as needed. The service should also be called "NokiaServiceLayer" not just "ServiceLayer". Otherwise it's easily mistaken for spyware. It's just very sloppy
