הוא משובץ בחיל האויר אבל יגידו לו לאיזה תפקיד רק בסוף הטירונות.
השאלה שלו:
אם הוא לא ירצה את התפקיד שיציעו לו מה האפשרויות שלו?
הוא חשב לא להתפנות מבסיס הטירונים - אפשרי? מה עושים לו במצב כזה? כלא?
ועד כמה יש לו בכלל סיכוי להצליח לשנות את השיבוץ?

קצת רקע עליו:
הוא עשה גיבוש טיס ושייטת לפני הגיוס אבל גילו לו בעיה ברגל כחודש לפני הגיוס ולכן התגייס עם פרופיל 64.
הוא בחור חכם ורוצה תפקיד שיאתגר אותו ולא סתם ג'וב של לצאת כל יום או לשבת בבסיס רגל על רגל.
הוא חשב לנסות לעבור למודיעין אבל אני חושב שהסיכויים שלו קלושים בגלל שצריך מיונים לפני.

הבעיה העומדת בפניו היא העובדה שלרוב התפקידים הטובים באמת ישנם מיונים ארוכים ולעיתים קד"צ.
לדעתי ולטעמי, אם באמת חשוב לבחור לתרום ולהצליח - במידה ומציעים לו תפקיד שבו ניתן להתפתח, שיכנס לזה במרץ ובשיא ההתלהבות. אני מכיר מעט מאוד מפקדים שינסו לדכא בנאדם כזה. אולי הוא יתקדם במקצוע, אולי יעבירו אותו הלאה - זה ממש לא משנה. אתגרים יש המון ובכל מקום, צריך רק לחפש אותם ולא להנעל.
