שלום,

יש לי רשת ביתית עם 2 מחשבים, מודם/נתב Speedtouch, ו-Switch.

כשאני מנסה לחבר מחשב נוסף עם Windows 2000 ל-Switch, המחשב לא מצליח להתחבר לאינטרנט.
כשאני מריץ ipconfig, ה-ip וה-subnet mask הם 0.0.0.0.

הגדרות ה-tcp/ip במחשב הזה הם על “Obtain Automatically” ל-ip, ול-DNS.

ב-Local Area Connection מוגדר לי:
Client for Microsoft Networks, File and Printer sharing, Internet Protocol(TCP/IP).

בשאר המחשבים יש Windows XP, עם אותם הגדרות, והם כן מקבלים כתובת ip אוטומטית.

אשמח לקבל כל עזרה בנושא.

האם כבל הרשת מחובר כראוי?
ז"א האם יש חיווי של Link בכרטיס הרשת ובמתאם הרשת בחלונות?

כן – יש חיווי (ניסיתי אפילו עם שני קבלים שונים). כששיניתי את ה-ip של הכרטיס ל-10.0.0.3, הצלחתי להיכנס לנתב (10.0.0.138), אבל לא לגלוש.

לא צריך להתקין אולי איזה פרוטוקול או service נוספים?
