1. מה הפז"ם של החייל ששיחררת..?
2. איך הוא קיבל ראיון מגלן? הרי הוא אינו מלש"ב. ( זה כמו מין גיבוש המשך)
3. שאלה אישית אליך , ( לא ציינת אם שיחררת את החייל למגלן ) אם החייל שלך מתאים למגלן , אז מדוע לא לשחרר אותו? היחידה שלך ומגלן לא אוייבים. אם מקומו שם אז מקומו שם. מקווה שהבנת.

אני אמרתי דוגמה היפותטית. הצבא לא עובד בצורה כזו, כי ברור שאם הוא יעבוד כך, לא תהיה תנועה בין יחידות. אחרת, בכל גיבוש שיותר מיחידה אחת תשתתף בו, יש מצב בו החייל יבחר לאחת מכמה יחידות אחרת אליהם לא ניתן אישור מפקד, ואז אף מפקד לא יאשר דבר כזה.

בקיצור - יש המון הגיון בשיטה הנוכחית.


אם החייל שלך מתאים למגלן , אז מדוע לא לשחרר אותו? היחידה שלך ומגלן לא אוייבים. אם מקומו שם אז מקומו שם. מקווה שהבנת.

אצלי בפלוגה 2 אנשים ביקשו טופס 55. אחד לחובלים והשני לטיס. אם הייתי יודע שברגע שאני מאשר זאת, הבחור יתחיל, שוב, רומן עם מדור סיירות אני לא אאשר זאת. רצה חובלים? קיבל חובלים. רק חובלים.

רק דבר אחרון נאמר לי שלפעמים טופס 55 זה טופס שמסתכלים עליו ומשליחים אותו ואף אחד לא משקיע בו יותר מידי, יש סיכוי שזה נכון או חלקית נכון ??

ודווקא מסתכלים עליו במיוחד לטיס, חובלים, מטכ"ל, שייטת, שלדג ו669. אלו יחידות שמרשות לעצמן לקבל חיילים גם עם פז"מ של שנה, כי יש להן המון תקנים להחתים קבע וגם ככה כל מי שמתגייס ליחידות האלו חותם.
יש לך סיכוי סביר מאוד שיאשרו גם אם לא קיבלת מטכ"ל ביום סיירות, אני מכיר מקרה דומה שאושר.

מה הקשר לפז"ם וחתימת קבע..?
ומזה משנה מה הפז"ם של החייל..? אם הוא מוכן לוותר עליו אז לא אמורה להיות בעיה לא?
