I am looking for someone based in Jerusalem who can assist an elderly couple (in Geula) in purchasing a computer and webcam; setting up an internet account; setting up windows, email and skype; offering basic computer tuition; and support from time to time as needed.

I estimate this at about 10 hours of work

You are required to have basic computing skills and good communication skills in English.
