שבתחמושת ובעיקר בתחמושת פגומה או בנפלים אין דבר כזה שנקרא 100% !!!
תחמושת עלולה להיות בוגדנית ולהפתיע !

גם בהשמדות אין בטחון מלא שהפריטים "ייקחו" במלואם ולא ישארו שרידים מסוכנים (חלקי מרעומים/גושי חנ"ם וכו'...)

אינני יודע מה הכשרתם של המופיעים בתמונות אך אני אישית לא הייתי שש להתעסק יותר מדי עם התחמושת הזאת שמופיעה שם, התחמושת ניראית במצב גרוע/רקוב והחשש הוא בעיקר משני דברים:

1 - רכיבים פנימיים שבמרעומים כבר לא נמצאים במקומם הטבעי.
2 - באם מדובר בתחמושת זרחן לבן רקובה יש סבירות של התפוררות חלקים מהמעטפת (בעיקר באיזור התפר שבין המרעום לגוף הפריט) ובשל כך יתחיל קילוח שיהפך לבעירה ולבסוף לפיצוץ !

בגדול - היה עדיף תמיד לבצע השמדה של תחמושת במקום בו היא נמצאת ללא התעסקות מיותרת וזאת לאחר ביצוע פעולות של מיגון סביבתי אלא שלא תמיד השטח והתנאים מאפשרים זאת ואז מתחילות הבעיות....

בעניין "לאבטח/להבטיח שכלום לא יתעופף - אין סבירות שפריט יתעופף למרחק של קילומטרים ממקום ההפעלה (בכל אופן לא פריטים שכאלה) ולשם מניעת מקרים שכאלה יש להשמיד פריטים בעלי מנועים רקטיים באופן ספציפי וייחודי להם.
ושוב - מיגון !

בעניין חשמל סטאטי - יש בהחלט לקחת בחשבון את הסיכון הזה בעת התעסקות עם פריטי נפל אשר מנגנוני ההפעלה שלהם מתבססים על אלמנטים חשמליים כגון מרעומים הפועלים באמצעות גביש פיאצואלקטרי, מרעומים אלקטרוניים ומרעומי קרבה כאלה ואחרים....
