To Whom it may concern (this may include media reporters or other parties):
It has come to my attention that a variety of lies, libels and slanders have begun to ciculate again - in reference to Shai Chai and his certification and training. Strange how this is happening just as he is opening his new studio. Since these allegations reference my name and reputation as well... I have now become involved and shall take immediate remedial actions.
I shall be in ISRAEL AUG 20th and shall read all written allegations and shall hear all verbal slurs made by anyone involved in this matter. If I find that someone has accused SHAI HAI of being un-certified (and therefore calling me and him liars, because I HAVE CERTIFIED SHAI completely - as a Black Belt and as an Instructor) - I shall proceed with legal action. Shai has trained with me personally for more than 5 years, as a guest in my home in New Hampshire. He has come each year and stayed with me as a guest and student for periods of no less than 2 or 3 months at a time. His training sessions with me were varied from 8 - 14 hours in duration. Some of this was in physical conditioning. Some of it was in training his use of CHI. The rest of the time was in training him in the old way of Pangainoon. If anyone has a question as to Shai's ability I shall address that as well. Any journal, magazine or newspaper which has printed such allegations will be required to post my response. Should someone doubt my abilities - I'll be glad to personally attend to them as well.
What it comes down to is - if you don't have the "ometz" to face me in public, shut your lying mouth.
