The source said that France warned Hariri in 2006 before the July War that Israel was preparing to carry out a massive operation along Lebanon’s border. Hariri immediately conveyed the message to Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, added the source. Several Lebanese officials believe that there is a US conviction that you need to wage war in the Middle East before achieving peace, said the source. This could be a very dangerous indicator that a new Israeli war is probable, added the source. As-Sharq al-Awsat also cited other reports in the foreign media warning against an Israeli war on Lebanon. The new attack would be similar to the Gaza offensive when the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) launched a surprise attack and destroyed Palestinian police stations in the strip last year, said the source. He added that the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) would be Israel’s first target, especially since the LAF’s military bases’ locations are out in the open, unlike Hezbollah’s secret hideouts. Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Nawwaf Moussawi, in turn, told the daily that such reports of war on Lebanon do not worry Hezbollah, but, he added, the party is not downplaying their importance. Meanwhile, Future bloc MP Ghazi Youssef told the daily that the Israeli threats are serious, adding that Tel Aviv wants to destabilize the region. “Israel’s goal is [to attack] Lebanon, not Hezbollah. מה שאולי בא להבהיר את עמדת צרפת בנשא חיזבאללה או שהם לא ממש הבינו את אופיו של חרירי

וזו ההוכחה החותכת שמדובר בידיעות שהן גיבובי שטויות.


היות שהמלחמה בלבנון הינה תולדה של חטיפת החיילים שביצע חיזבלא קודם לכן, ולא
היתה נולדת בלעדיה.

כמו כן אם ישראל באמת היתה מתכננת מהלך אופרטיבי התקפי ב- 2006
וכאילו "ממש אין קשר לחטיפת החיילים הפרובוקטית שביצע חיזבלא", אז איך אפשר
להסביר את תוצאות מלחמת לבנון וההתנהלות של ישראל שהיתה מבולגנת, לא מסודרת,
איטית מאד ובהדרגה של חיתוך פרוסות סלמי ?!

הרי שאם ישראל היתה באמת מתכננת פעולה התקפית ב 2006, הצבא וההנהגה
המדינית היו מוכנים לה - וזה כבר היה נראה אחרת לגמרי.

סיכום:
כותב הכתבה פונה לאזניים פנים לבנוניות, ובוחש בקלחת הזירה הסבוכה של לבנון.

אני ממליץ לכל קורא נבון (וסביר להניח שישראלים נבונים מטיבעם) להתייחס לכל קשקשת
שנכתבת על לבנון, ובמיוחד ממקורות ערביים, כהיפכה. הרבה גורמים כיום בלבנון
משחקים אותה כשונאי ישראל, כתומכי חיזבלא למחצה, כאשר הם משחקים כאן משחק
כפול, ומאחורי הקלעים קשורים היטה היטב לארה"ב - וכן גם לישראל.

הרי אף אחד לא יצעק בחוצות לבנון: אני אוהד ישראל.
אבל בטח שיצעק ההפך, בתקווה להוליך שולל את שאר הפלגים,
ולקטוף את הפירות ביום מן הימים.

לבנון היא זירה פוליטית למתקדמים.

לא בהכרח גיבוב של שטויות
מדינת ישראל או גורמים מסויימים מטעמה אכן הכינו "זאפטה" קשה לחיזבאללה לאחר החטיפה ב2000, ואם לצטט קצין בכיר דאז בפורום סגור (היום הוא חזר לאותה הגזרה) "לקרוע לבני-***ות האלה אחת לתמיד את הצורה",לא ברור לי אם הלבנונים הוזהרו נקודתית על פעולה יזומה או פעולת תגובה.אבל היתה תכנית סדורה לביצוע שנבלמה בגלל פער מנטלי בין מקבלי ההחלטות.

תכניות יש לכל זירה - תמיד. זו אקסיומה.

בכתבה מתייחסים לכך שישראל הכינה מהלומה התקפית כנגד לבנון - לא פחות.
מי שמכיר את ישראל ואת הדוקטרינה שלה מספיק עשורים יודע - שישראל לעולם
לא תצא למלחמה ביוזמתה "אלא אם אין ברירה והסיטואציה הבטחונית מחייבת זאת".

האינטרסט הישראלי. במיוחד מול ארגון טרור שלא יכול לדקדק את קיומה של המדינה,
הוא להשאיר את הזירה קרה ורדומה ככל שניתן.

שכן ההפסד הגדול ביותר של ישראל ממלחמה בגוף טרור סמי צבאי, היא לא בסכנה הקיומית, אלא בסכנה של מלחמת התשה אשר תגזור על המשק הפסדים כלכליים גדולים מכל יום שעובר.

Nasrallah vows to change the face of the region January 15, 2010 Print Save as PDF Email Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said Friday during the Arab and International Forum to Support the Resistance that his party would defeat Israel in any possible confrontation and change the face of the region. Nasrallah said that Israel launched the 2006 July War to regain its reputation and deter its enemies. But, he added, Israel lost, which signaled the end of its project to establish a Greater Israel—referring to the political dream of revisionist Zionists to establish an Israeli state stretching beyond its 1948 borders. “Israel started learning lessons, rebuilding its army and raising its morale [after the war],” he added. According to Nasrallah, Israel is currently undergoing a crisis, with its people losing confidence in its institutions, army and leadership. Nasrallah said that Israel is trying to counter these crises with its daily threats of a possible war on Lebanon. However, Nasrallah added that these threats “only scare cowards and the defeated.” The Hezbollah chief added that the Resistance is longing for a “confrontation to give their nation a new pride and victory.” Nasrallah also said that Israel is seeking the help of the international community, UN Security Council and certain Arab regimes to defeat the Resistance. “For the first time, [Israel] is seeking guarantees for success and victory in any coming war,” he said. According to Nasrallah, the hegemonic powers in the world—a reference to the United States and other Western nations—attempted to topple the resistance movements in Lebanon and Palestine as well as the regimes supporting them. He cited former US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice’s statement that the July 2006 War would forge a New Middle East. He added that the Mujahidin defeated the project for a New Middle East, which, according to him, made it possible to talk about American impotence. Nasrallah added that the Resistance was able to achieve victories during a time when the regional and international situation was more unfavorable. “The choice of Resistance is a true, rational logical and victorious one,” he said. Nasrallah said the Resistance is facing a psychological war and needs political, legal, media and moral support. He denied charges that Hezbollah is involved in unethical activities, such as drug trafficking. The Resistance, he added, was also accused of being loyal to Syria and Iran, “whom we thank for their unconditional support of the Resistance.” He also said that the Resistance rejected attempts to drag it into domestic battles and change its priorities. According to Nasrallah, the Resistance was put under siege and forbidden from voicing itself. He cited the recent US Congressional bill that aims to impose sanctions on “satellite channels accused of supporting terrorism,” including [Hezbollah owned] Al-Manar and [Hamas affiliated] Al-Aqsa televisions.
