ו- חלוקת הסהרה שנשארה צחיחה לאיזורים אזורים (כמו שההולנדים ייבשו את הזויידר זי) וטיפול בהפרחת כל איזור בנפרד.
ז-שאיפה להגיע בסיום התהליך למצב הטרום מדברי (לפני רבבת שנים) של הסהרה. ז"א יער פארק. כמובן בשילוב גידולים חקלאיים בין העצים. וכפרים.

הבעיה שעולה מהפוסטים שנכתבו על הרעיון הזה-
שזה מזכיר לי את מה שהולך באפריקה. מדברים ולא עושים ובינתיים המידבור ממשיך. צריך לחשוב אם רוצים את התנוונות המין האנושי. או ללכת על מפעל חיים של קידום האנושות. אותן אומות שלא ימגרו את המדבריות פתאום נראה אותן בזיקנתנו עוסקות במרץ בהארצת המאדים. דבר שעולה פי שבעים ושבעה מהתוכנית הזו.
אם נעשה השוואה הסטורית זה דומה למה שהרומאים עשו שכבשו את א"י במרד הגדול: הפשיטו אותה לחלוטין מעצים (בשביל מכונות המצור והסוללות וכוי'). אבל זה היה חסר טעם ליצור שממה אם אתה רוצה ליישב שם יוונים וסורים כדי שלא יהיה מרד נוסף. זוהי בדיוק הבעיה כאן. מעין בקרת אוכלוסין שהאנושות בטיפשותה יוצרת בעצמה.
