שפצור שמתחיל להיות מאוד נפוץ, הסרת הממיות והרצועות שלהם לטובת נוחות בהתאמת הווסט ולטובת הפחתת משקל ויעילות. יש מי שלוקח צעד קדימה ומסיר פאוצים ורצועות שלא נוחות לו ומחבר אחרות במקומם. אפילו הסרת "תיק הגב" וחיבור של תיק גב מתפרק (כמו בווסט האמרים של אמלחיות).
מתי יבינו שצריך ווסט\שכפוד מודלרי כמו של האמריקאים במקום ווסט מקט אחיד שאף פעם לא מתאים ולא יתאים או ווסט אמלחיה שאומנם נתפר לפי הדרישות של החייל אבל עולה הרבה כסף וויטמין b

חילות בסיסית קל לשפוט את החיילים היום. למשל קסדה שחורה איך הוא לא רואה שהו מטרת איפוס מהלכת. החייל הגיע לגדוד מהבח עם כיסוי קסדה אמריקאי. הוותיקים ישר אומרים לו יצעיר תוריד את זה שים גומי שחור, ושק פקל או לפחות תשיג כיסוי קסדה ישראלי. אז כיסוי קסדה ישראלי כמעט שאין... אז משפצרים ויש הרבה זמן לזה. אף אחד לא אומר למסכן, וגם לוותיקים והמפקדים שהם מטרת איפוס מהלכת. זה רק דוגמה אחת עכשיו תגיד לי איך הוא אמור לדעת שאת הקסדה צריך להסוות, ולשבור את הצורה שלה עם אומרים ומלמדים אותו שקסדה שחורה או חצי קילו גומי זה חילות בסיסית?

אין בעיה להשתמש בשלוקר במיידי לשפוך מים דרך הצינור או להוציא אותו מהווסט בדיוק כמו מימיה.
היום רק בבח הולכים עם ממיות או מימיות ושלוקר שבדרך כלל החייל קונה או משיג. היום גם המגדים והמחטים הולכים רק עם שלוקר...

הקביעה אומרת מעל 2 ליטר שזה יותר ממימיה = 750 מ"ל. מימיה * 2 = 1.5 ליטר מים, בגלל שצהל עובד כמו פלנגה לבנונית אז יש שלוקרים של 2 ליטר של אופניים,3 ליטר של קמלבק(השלוקר הכי טוב לדעתי...) ושלוקר 4 ליטר של צבא ארהב ועוד מלאה סוגים...

מחסניות זה לא השתנה עדיין 7 ,אבל היום יש שמירה שדורשת צולבת בהכנס ו2 מחסניות+רימון בווסט ירך או בקרמון ולפעמים גם ווסט בהשג יד זה רק דוגמא.
חייל וותיק לא קובע כלום הוא רק מעביר את הידע שלו, מי שקובע זה המפקדים!

מי שקובע כמה מים לוקחים זה הרופא של היחידה - בדיקת פרמטרים כמו מאמץ, עומס חום ומשך השהות.
השקיות החליפו כבר בתקופתי את המימיות ולא בנוסף!!!
מדובר באיכות ויעילות נטו.

החיילים האמריקאים בתמונות פשוט דוגמא לאיך חיל צריך להראות ולהיות מצוייד.
המדים האלה נראים מצויין, ואני לא מתכוון למראה החיצוני והסכימה אלה איך שהם עשויים, בדים חזקים שנראים עמידים לכל תנאי שטח.
מגני ברכיים, משקפי מגן, קסדת מקבלאר, אפודים וכו'...
יש לנו הרבה מה ללמוד מהם.

השאלה היא האם זה קשור לתקציב, או שפשוט הצבא לא רוצה להשקיע בזה?
