The MEPRO 21 provides instant, all-light aiming capability, without batteries. Designed through close collaboration with Israeli Special Forces, the MEPRO M21 is battle proven, simple to use accurately and totally reliable.

MEPRO 21 offers a large 30mm diameter lens which allows rapid target acquisition with both eyes open. This was the first reflex sight in the world designed for close quarter combat, and it can be ordered with optional reticles – dot, triangle, open-x and bullseye.

Illumination of the aiming point is achieved by a fiber optic collector system during the day, and by a miniature self-powered tritium light source at night. Transition between the two systems is instantaneous and automatic to assure good contrast between the aiming dot and the target area.

The MEPRO 21 reflex sight offers users the ability to acquire targets accurately at any range, in any situation, with both eyes open.

The MEPRO 21 is also designed to work in tandem with a magnifying scope like the
MEPRO MX3 - mounted behind it for ultimate accuracy.

ראית אותה פעם במציאות? יצא לך להשתמש בה?

בסדיר הייתה לי כוונת כזאת, למה אתה שואל?

כי חשבתי שאתה שואל מבלי להתנסות עם הכוונת.
כשאני השתמשתי בה לא היו לי שום טענות, רואים דרכה טוב, והגוון הכחול/ירוק של העדשה
עוזר קצת נגד סינוור מהשמש (כשאתה מסתכל על המטרה דרך הכוונת והשמש מאחוריה).
לא יודע אם יש אפשרות באמת לעשות כוונת כזאת עם עדשה שקופה, ולא יודע כמה זה יהיה יעיל.
בגלל זה אני מעדיף להשאיר את זה למומחים.

בלילה זה מוריד את איכות הראייה ב70%.

אני לא באמת יודע- אז בהתחשב בכך שכוונות ההשלכה שלא מופעלות ע"י סוללה (שאני מכיר) כולן בעלות עדשה דומה וכוונות ההשלכה בעלות חלונית שקופה מופעלות ע"י סוללה- אני אניח שפה שורש העניין.

זאת אחת הסיבות שבגללן אני חושב שעדיף עדשה שקופה. אשמח לקבל תשובה של מומחה אם זה אפשרי, לדעתי זה יכול להוות ייתרון משמעותי ברגע אמת.

למיטב ידיעתי מדובר במסנן שנועד למנוע מהאור שנפלט מהנקודה הזוהרת לעבור לצד השני, אותו רואה האויב.

לא רק. הכוונת מכילה Dichroic mirror- רכיב אופטי שמחזיר אורך גל מסוים, ושקוף ביתר הספקטרום. מסומן 18 באיורי הפטנט של טריג'יקון. מן הסתם, זה אורך הגל של תו המכוון. כך היורה רואה החזר של תו המכוון ואת הנוף (ללא הצבע של תו המכוון), והאויב רואה את החזר הצבע המסוים מהנוף (וכן החזרות מציפוי נגד החזרות של העדשה- אבל זה עיניין אחר).

המראה היא בעצם עדשה שתו המכוון נמצא במישור המוקד שלה , כך שהדמות שלו מדומה לאינסוף (נראה ליורה "מאחורי" מטרה קרובה), ומוטה קצת ביחס לתו המכוון כדי לפנות את קו הראיה של היורה.
