קיבלתי זימון לפני כחודשיים לאימון שאמור להתקיים בעוד שבועיים, שבו הייתי חריג (בגלל כמות הימים).
התקשרתי אל הקישור והודעתי שאיני יכול להגיע בגלל עניינים בעבודה (בכל מקרה אני חריג אז אין צורך בהסברים).

לפני ארבעה ימים הודיעו לי טלפונית, שמקצרים לי את המילואים לשבועיים, ושאני אגיע שלושה ימים אחרי היום שבזימון המקורי (וככה בעצם אני כבר לא חריג).

השאלה שלי היא כזאת:
האם יכולים להודיע לי במקרה כזה שבועיים מראש על מילואים למשך שבועיים (יומיות אם זה משנה)?
חשוב לציין שההודעה היא טלפונית בלבד, אולי ישלחו צו בהמשך, את זה אני עדיין לא יודע, כרגע יש את הצו הישן.

התשובה היא לא. הם היו צריכים לשלוח לך 60 יום לפני צו מילואים עם תאריכים חוקיים. הם יכולים לזמן אותך ל-3 ימים בלבד בהתראה כזו קצרה.

קיבלתי צו עדכון שעל פיו אני חייב להתייצב.
אני מבין שעל צו עדכון כשמורידים ימים אין צורך בהודעה מראש של 60 יום.
במקרה הזה אבל "הוסיפו" לי ימים, כי בצו הראשון אני חריג ולא הייתי אמור להגיע, ובצו הנוכחי אני חייב להגיע.
שוב אותה שאלה, האם זה חוקי?
בפועל יוצא שבהתראה של פחות משבועיים אני צריך להתייצב לשירות מילואים של שבועיים.

זה לא נשמע לי חוקי, מכיוון שהצו המקורי דרש התנדבות שלך, ואילו הצו הנוכחי לכאורה לא. התנאים לצו עדכון צריכים להיות זהים לצו המקורי.
אין החרגה בצו העדכון? אם לא, הם מנסים תרגיל.
אתה יכול לפנות מיד לקצין פניות חיילים/קמל"ר ולהתלונן, או לנסות לסגור את זה עם קצינת הקישור.

אין החרגה בצו עדכון, לטענתם מותר להם לשנות את את התאריכים עד שבועיים לפני השמ"פ.

תודה על המספרים.

הם צודקים, אבל זה לא מבטל את ההחרגה של הצו המקורי.
