בגיבוש , בכל גיבוש תיתקל בחוויות (?) שלא חווית אף פעם.
זה המדד האמיתי בגיבוש. דווקא רוב החר'ה שעברו שאני מכיר אותם לא היו מתפרעים באימונים לקראת הגיבושים.

לא יודע עכשיו לקראת הגיבוש דווקא החסרתי אימונים ואני מרגיש שאני לא בכושר כמו לפני יום סיירות שזה דבר שמאוד מדאיג אותי!!

אם חשוב לך להצליח בגיבוש, תדחה.
הלכתי לגיבוש חובלים עם שבר מאמץ, ולא הצהרתי עליו.
חשבתי לעצמי "אוקיי..נכון שזה כואב..אבל אני מסוגל לרוץ עם הפציעה הזאת, אז אני גם יצליח לסיים את הגיבוש"
וזה טעות חושרמוטה לחשוב ככה..בגיבוש אתה נמצא בעומס פיזי שאתה לא רגיל אליו (והגיבוש שייטת קשה פיזית בהרבה מגיבוש חובלים).

במשך כל היום הראשון בגיבוש לא היה משהו יותר מדי קשה אבל פשוט כל היום היינו על הרגליים ותיזזו אותנו ובמסע בלילה הרגל שלי פשוט קרסה ולא יכולתי לדרוך עליה והעיפו אותי.

ואני בטוח שהמסעות והעומס הפיזי בגיבוש שלך יהיה קשה בהרבה מאשר בגיבוש חובלים..ואם יש לך שבר מאמץ הרגל שלך לא תעמוד בזה.

לפני הגיבוש הרגל כאבה כשלחצתי בפנים השוק. יכולתי לרוץ..ובאמת תוך כדי הריצה לא הרגשתי כאבים ובמיוחד אם הייתי עושה חימום כמו שצריך..אבל בסוף הריצה היו כאבים.

2. שעות שינה. האם אתה ישן לפחות 8-9 שעות כל לילה.?

4. עם איזה נעליים אתה רץ.? ( שים לב שאני לא שואל על משטח ריצה.)

יכול להיות שנתפס לך השריר. על עצם השוק יש שריר . ( כן כן ).
לפעמים הוא נתפס כמו כל שריר ונהוג לחשוב שזה שבר מאמץ.
תעשה מבחן פשוט. תלחץ על המקום שכואב לך בזמן ההליכה. אם כואב זה שבר מאמץ, אם לא כנראה שהעמסת על שרירי השוק.

** אני לא רופא. רוב הסיכויים שאני טועה . אבל ככה הייתי נוהג אצלי.

אני לא הייתי מייעץ לאף אחד במקומך.
