הנה למשל חמישייה שהייתי רוצה לראות בהפועל י-ם:
יותם הלפרין, שחקן זר תותח, סליי (מלך), אוסטין ושחקן זר תותח .
כאשר נגיד. סליי, יש לו תמיד הרבה עברות וגם למתן נאור. ככה שששון יכול לשחק גם שם, וגם על 4.
אפשר אולי להביא את מורן רוט ואו השחקן השני הישראלי בראשון.

בתור התחלה, שיעיף את הטמבל (ג'נקינס) ויכניס את לימונד! הילד רעב!

אז אתה שמח שקרעתם את הפועל ירושלים?
אז שיהיה לך כיף,אבל אתה יודע מה,אם יהיו בהרכב הפותח שחקנים שנולדו בארץ,אז אני אחשיב אותה לקבוצה של המדינה.
דרך אגב,אני בטוח שאם ראשון לציון הייתה משחקת אז המשחק היה יותר צמוד והרבה יותר מעניין, אז מה הייתם מעדיפים,גמר קלאסי או גמר מותח?

הפ' י-ם שחקה עם ישראלי אחד יותר ממכבי במשחק, ואם מחשיבים את דריק (שחקן בנבחרת ישראל)- אז מס' הישראלים הוא שווה.
כבר אבד הכלח על התירוץ העלוב הזה. הפ' ירושלים היא קבוצה תבוסתנית שמתעסקת באלף דברים מלבד כדורסל.

לא נמאס לכם להתעסק בהפסדים של מכבי במקום בנצחונות של הקבוצות שלכם?

כל העולם כולו מכבי חיפה!

במקום שהכדורסל הישראלי ישאף להשתפר ולהתחזק, השאיפה היא להחליש את מכבי. זו צורת חשיבה שגויה ופסולה מראשיתה.
גם ה"פיינל פור הישראלי" הוא עוד ניסיון כושל לגנוב למכבי אליפות, שכן הפ' ירושלים היא הקבוצה שהכי לא מתאימה למשימה הזו. ברגע שהפועל ירושלים יתחילו לשחק כמו קבוצה אמיתית ולא יתעסקו בשטויות, אולי יהיה סיכוי שהם יהוו יריב ראוי למכבי. בינתיים הכלבים נובחים והשיירה עוברת.
בצורה כזו, הכדורסל הישראלי ישאר הרבה יותר חלש מהממוצע האירופאי. לא בגלל מכבי, אלא בגלל החולשה והתבוסתנות.
