בחיל יש מחסור גדול בקצינים. עדיין לא נפתח מסלול לבנות, כנראה בנוב' ייפתח...
אין לי מושג איך ישלבו בנות בחיל... הבנים בכל אופן סוחבים בפעילות ממוצעת 40% משקל גוף (לא הרקוניסטים).

אני לא חושב שישלבו בנות בצוותים רגליים. קשה לי לראות מצב כזה ללא כמות אדירה של פציעות. לדעתי - פלוגות רכובות בלבד, אבל כמובן לא אני קובע...

מוד"ש זה חייל שלא הרבה רוצים להיות קצינים ובמיוחד לא רוצים לחתום קבע שני, וזה לא מסתדר עם העובדה שצריך הרבה יותר קצינים מבמקומות אחרים, לכן חסר הרבה כ"א, בגלל זה כמעט כל המ"פ-ים של פלוגות הרקון והזריז הן בנות. כן זה אבסורד אבל ככה זה. בגלל שמבחינה אג"מית העבודה של הצוותים הרכובים ממש לא מסובכת, ולעתים די רחוקות הם בכלל עוברים את הגדר(ז"א את הגבולות במקרה של איו"ש, ובצפון או בדרום הם לא מתקרבים לגדרות) אז לא בעיה לשים בחורה בתור מ"פ. כמובן שמ"פ של פלוגות רגליות בחיים לא תהיה אישה.

מצטייני סנפיר נכנסים להקצאה המאוד מצומצמת של קורס ילת"מ ואם מסיימים אותו אז הם עוברים ליחידה.
בכל מקרה , בשני היחידות רמת הכושר הגופני היא גבוהה מאוד (אם כשאמרתם"לא פיזי" התכוונתם לזה אז טעות בידיכם).
