ארוחה חלבית:
המממ... אם הקינוח הוא שוקולד, אז אולי באמת עדיף ללכת על חלבי:
שווה ללכת לקנות מ"פסטה מיה" פסטה טריה או רביולי עם רוטב שמנת, פטריות פורצ'יני ועגבניות מיובשות. עם איזה גבינת פיקורינו טובה מגוררת למעלה. זו יכולה להיות מנה טובה בפני עצמה.
בצד סלט ירוק עם עגבניות שרי, גבינה כחולה ואגוזי מלך.

מה עושים עם בטטות? אפשר לעשות מעין מדליונים מטוגנים קלות:
אופים את הבטטות, מרוקנים אותן לקערה. מוסיפים תבלינים וקצת שמן זית. מערבבים הכל ושמים על נייר כסף. את הנייר מגלגלים לנקניק עבה ומקררים לכמה שעות. פורסים את הנקניק, עושים כמו שניצל - ביצה ופירורים, ומטגנים בחמאה (או מרגרינה). מגישים עם יוגורט (אמיתי) ונענע קצוצה. אם רוצים להשתמש בזה למנה הבשרית, מגישים את זה טחינה פסיכודלית...

לקינוח אפשר לעשות קינוח שוקולד מושחת לחלוטין.

אם אתה מעדיף בשרי, אז אני אכתוב לך את המתכון של הסנייה
איך עושים את הבננות?
מברישים עלי פילו במרגרינה (או חמאה, אם חלבי), מפזרים מעל סוכר חום, תבלינים כמו ציפורן או קינמון או הל ואגוזי מלך קצוצים. שמים בננה בקצה מקבלים את העלים אל הבננה ומגלגלים. אופים ב-180 כ-8-10 דקות, אחרי הברשה במרגרינה מומסת.
