כמובן שיש פתרון למי שכבר יש תיבה
לי בנתיים יש רק 25, שדרגתי לפי ההוראות הללו ואני ארשום בקצרה:
בעיקרון משנים בהגדרות לארה"ב (צריך מדינה ומיקוד חוקי שאפשר למצוא בגוגל למשל) מקפיאים חשבון ומפעילים אותו שוב ומיד התיבה היא 25 מגה, אח"כ משנים חזרה בהגדרות לישראל או מה שתרצו
תוך 30 יום אמורים לקבל 250
והנה הדרך המקורית:
Hotmail 2MB --> 25MB --> 250MB

Are you one of those who dislikes the 2MB of your Hotmail Account?
Make it 250MB! All you have to do is to change some settings in your Hotmail account.
You should change the location to a town in the USA. And there you have it... 250 Megabytes. How is this possible? Already in June 2004 microsoft announced that they would increase the capacity of their web mail.
Only the Americans got the upgrade and the rest of the world was discriminated!
The instructions went already around on some forums,
but it lasted just as before the modification at our accounts were carried out... But it WORKS!
Read further for the instructions:
Step 1:
Open your Hotmail Account and click on the "Options" menu.
Step 2:
Go to the "My Profile" sub-menu
Step 3:
Fill the next information:
Country: United States
State: Florida
ZIPcode: 33332
Also check if you filled in that you are older than 13, if you aren't you can't login again without authorisation of a parent with creditcard...
Step 4:
Update this information and returns to "Options" menu
Step 5:
Go now to "language" sub-menu
Step 6:
Change the language to English, and press "ok"
Step 7:

Step 8:
Push the button "close Account" (your account will not be lost, read in advance the following steps, if you doesn't trust it)
Step 9:
Enter now to hotmail with your old address and password
Step 10:
You now get reported that you reserved account have been activated.
You also a number of questionnaires must fill in with offers of Hotmail.com, these can fill in you simply to own wish. You can also let them blank.
