הקביעה הזאת תקפה לגבי איזור אילנוי בלבד או לכל המדינות?

ביטיס, לא יצא לי להתעמק בפסיקה - האם היא הולכת רחוק יותר מהפסיקה מלפני כמה שנים נגד עיריית סאן-פרנסיסקו?

אני לא מכיר את הפסיקה נגד סן פרנסיסקו, אבל צריך לזכור שני דברים כאן:
1. זה שם מקלות בגלגלים של אובמה בנוגע לחקיקה לגבי נשק, במיוחד כאשר השופט הינו מינוי שלו (אי אפשר לקטול אותו מטעמים אישיים)
2. לעיריית שיקגו ניתנה ארכה לעירעור לפני הוצאה לפועל של הפסיקה, כך שלא ברור מה יהיה החוק המתוקן לגבי נשיאת נשק.
