בעקבות מספר דיונים שערכתי עם חברים רופאים המשרתים במילואים, נוכחתי שישנה בורות רבה וחוסר ידע פורמאלי בנושא חובת השירות במילואים כרופא והמשך שלה.
האם מישהו יודע מה הכללים החלים על סטודנט המסיים לימודי רפואה, שלא במסגרת צבאית (כלומר עם תום שירות הסדיר שלו, במימון עצמי, ולא בעתודה וכו'):
- האם חייב מי שסיים לימודי רפואה לשרת במילואים כרופא?
- מה משך חובת השירות במילואים כרופא (עד איזה גיל...)?
- האם הצבא יכול לשבץ אותו בכל מסגרת צבאית ובכל תפקיד הנדרש בעל תואר MD?

למיטב ידיעתי כרופא שעשה הרבה מילואים. לאחר סיום לימודי רפואה וסטאז'

מזמינים את הרופא לעשות שירות מילואים כרופא. בצ.ה.ל. קיים מחסור ברופאים ומקצוע זה נדרש מאוד

.בד"כ הרופא ישרת כרופא כללי ביחידות או בבסיסים. מומחים יכולים לעבוד בתחום התמחותם

במרפאות מומחים צבאיות, הכל לפי צרכי הצבא. בזמנו שירתי עד גיל 50. אינני יודע בדיוק מה המצב כיום.

עד גיל 49, שירות כרופא צבאי. הצבא יכול לשבץ אותו בכל תפקיד רופא כראות עיניו, ובכפוף לחוק המילואים. כמובן שמדובר ברופא שעבר בחינות הסמכה בישראל.

כלומר ישנו שירות חובה לכל המסיים לימודי רפואה עד גיל 49 - ללא יוצא מן הכלל?
לכמה ימי מילואים?

בדרך כלל הצבא יוציא את מקסימום הימים שהוא יוכל. בגדוד שלי הרופא הגדודי היה מצורף לגדודים אחרים במקרים בהם הגדוד לא עשה תע"מ גדודי.

אקצת תמוה שבשנים אלו, כשמספר המשרתים שירות צבאי בכלל, שלא לדבר שירות מלא, נמצא בירידה מתמדת, ואחוזים עוד יותר זניחים משרתים במילואים, ועוד אחוזים יותר זניחים עושים שירות עד מועד הפרישה, מחייבים אדם שעל חשבון זמנו וכספו רכש מקצוע, לבצע שירות מילואים עד גיל מבוגר יחסית - וזאת כשבקהילה עצמה ישנו מחסור חמור ברופאים.

מעניין כמה מהרופאים בפועל משרתים עד גיל 49, וכמה מילואים הם עושים.
לפי מה שאני רואה זה פרוץ לחלוטין.

אם אתה חושב שבקהילה יש מחסור זה רק בגלל שאתה לא מודע למערכת הצבאית.. לא סתם שלחו חיילים לטיפול רפואי במיקור חוץ..

רופא צבאי הוא המקצוע הצבאי הכי חסר במילואים. עד כדי כך, שכאשר מג"ד של אחד מגדודי המילואים סיים את ההסמכה שלו לרפואה הוא מיד הוצב בתפקיד של רופא גדודי, ללא תקופת חפיפה

גם אצלנו אחד הממים בשנה שניה או שלישית לביס לרפואה שתו אותו לחיל רפואה בלי לשאול אף אחד.

מאוד לא סביר, למעט אם הוא רצה
במאבק בין חיל רפואה לשאר הצבא מוסכם על תפקידים מסויימים שהצורך בהם גדול משל רופא

בגדוד שלי, מאמצע שנות ה-90' ועד לאזור 2000 בערך, המג"ד היה רופא ילדים והמשיך כמג"ד. לאחר מכן עבר לאגד גם כקצין תותחנים ולא כרופא.

מידיעה אישית, אם זה מעניין מישהו, נשים אחרי צבא שמסיימות לימודי רפואה בארץ- מקבלות צווי מילואים באופן מיידי.
מדובר גם בחיילות משוחררות שלמדו באופן עצמאי- ללא שירות בעתודה או כל תמיכה צבאית אחרת.

הרופאים שאני עובד איתם עפים על זה.
אתה מקבל חופש של שבוע שבועיים בלי תורנויות בחלק מהמקרים מתפחלץ באיזה חדר או ב18 ג' ומקבל משכורת כאילו עשית תורנויות.

לא לדסר על זה שחלקם מקבלים גם קורסים מענינים בחול אבל זה תלוי תפקיד ושיבוץ

בסטאז' או בהתמחות מי שלא היה קצין עובר קורס קצינים
רובו בבה"ד 10 שבוע אחד בבהד 1
נמשך 5 שבועות וזאת התקופה הכי קלה בהתמחות
במהלך הקורס מציעים את אפשרויות השיבוץ השונות והמערכת די מתחשבת בבקשות
אחרי זה נהפכים לחלק מגדוד
במקרה שלי אני שייך לגדוד סדיר (קרפג ב) אז מעבר לתרג"דים/תרח"טים ואימוני רפואה יש מחויביות לתעסוקות פיקודיות, קרי מתן מענה רפואי לצרכים של הפיקוד בפועל אצלי זה היה שבועיים ארוכים בגלדיולה
בשנה החולפת עשיתי 23 ימי מילואים, חצי אימון חצי תעסוקה

מבחינך הגיל זה קשור לאופי השירות קרביים משתחררים יותר מוקדם אני חושב ש 45 אבל לא בטוח
