Finnish Border Guards release video of an operation which occurred several days ago in which they seized a vessel belonging to the Russian shadow fleet. M/V Fitburg, sailing from St. Petersburg to Haifa, Israel, was suspected of dragging its anchor and destroying undersea telecommunications cables running from Helsinki to Estonia. The entire vessel was detained, along with fourteen crewmembers, some of whom were Russian. Two crewmembers have been arrested and a travel ban imposed on another.
