The first wheeled kitchen, to feed 100 men was invented in 1794, in Paris.
The first 2 wheeled Soup cart to feed 1200 men was also invented in Paris, in 1798.
I am struggling to find images of these items from the French archives

The second 2 wheeled soup cart was invented in Sweden in 1802, to Count Rumford's (Benjamin Thompson) suggestion.

I would love to see images and details about equipment used by the Israelis over the decades.
